About the Destination
Neil Island, located around 40 kilometers from Port Blair, is known as the “Vegetable Bowl of Andaman”. Thanks to the abundant produce from the enormous stretch of agricultural land. Neil Island’s natural bridge is most visible during low tides, when sea animals and corals are stranded in little puddles. The bridge is made up of two living natural corals.
How to get there?
To reach the location, one must ascend a flight of stairs from the parking area and walk across rough and rugged coral reefs. The rocky terrain might get slippery at times, therefore visitors should proceed with caution while walking. It is also suggested to wear slippers with sturdy soles.
