IITM (India International Travel Mart)

IITM is an organization that specializes in promoting tourism & travel. It stands for “India International Travel Mart”, which is a leading travel & tourism exhibition in India. The organization aims to bring together various stakeholders in the travel industry, including tour operators, hoteliers, airlines & government tourism boards, to showcase their products and services to potential customers. IITM Tourism also provides a platform for networking, business opportunities, & knowledge sharing within the travel & tourism industry. 

IITM aims to promote domestic & international tourism in India by bringing together travel agents, tour operators, hotels, airlines & other tourism-related businesses. It offers a platform for networking, business collaborations, & knowledge sharing among industry professionals.

The fair is organized by the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) & is the largest tourism & travel trade fair in India. The festival is held in different cities in India every year. The 2024 edition of the IITM was held in Bangalore from January 15 – 17,2024. The fair  brought together 2,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries. The fair will also have a number of conferences, seminars, & workshops on various aspects of the travel & tourism industry. The IITM is a great place for professionals to network with each other, learn about the latest trends in the industry, & do business.

The IITM is organized by the India Tourism Development (ITDC). The ITDC is a government owned corporation responsible for promoting tourism in India. The ITDC organizes a number of other events & activities related to tourism in India.
