Exceptional customer service ! The Andaman emerald holidays team is the best . During our tour we noticed tourists from other tour groups complaining & cribing about services. I had toured Andaman Islands through Andaman Emerald Holidays. Mr. Probin and his team gave me one of the best holidaying experience. My itinerary was custom made and covered almost all attractions like Cove , Ross, Havelock, Neil Islands. Cellular Jail, Sound & Light show. The accommodations were the best and food was like you name it and you get that. Water sports like snorkelling, paragliding & banana rides were amazing and fun. Andaman tour packages are truly value for money. Our driver come guide was really humble. We have visited to all the tourists’ places. Despite booking them last minute they made everything seamless, from picking us up from the airport to drop back to the airport. There customer care supports Ms. Sarita was coordinating with us throughout our trip.
