The Monsoon Festival has become quite popular with the travelers who choose to visit the islands during the rainy season. Generally the event takes place in ITF ground in Port Blair though locations can vary year to year. The Music Festival has also become synonymous with the Monsoon Festival where you can experience musical concerts, dance programs and even DJ sets.
